Nuvira Subscription Policy
At Nuvira, we aim to make your subscription experience simple and transparent. By subscribing to our program, you agree to the following terms:
1. Subscription Confirmation

When you subscribe, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

This email clearly states that you have enrolled in a subscription plan and specifies:

The date of your next order (renewal date)

Instructions on how to manage or cancel your subscription

In addition, before each recurring billing, you will receive an email reminder a few days prior to your next order being processed.
2. Awareness of Subscription at Checkout

At the time of your initial purchase, the checkout page clearly indicates that your order includes a subscription and recurring charges.

Subscription details are also presented when selecting product options and again in the confirmation email immediately after purchase.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your order initiates a recurring subscription that continues until cancelled in accordance with this policy.
3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription anytime before your next order date (as indicated in your confirmation email and reminder emails).

If you cancel after the next order date has passed, the order will already be processed as previously agreed upon, and:

We will cancel future renewals.

No refund will be issued for the order that has already been processed.

4. Responsibility to Review

It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of their renewal date and manage or cancel their subscription prior to the next order date if they do not wish to continue.
5. Refund Policy

Refunds will not be granted on the basis that the customer did not see or was not aware of the subscription.
