At Nuvira, we’re committed to providing quality skincare solutions you can trust. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be returned in its original packaging (including any unused portion).

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, but we ask that customers understand the following:

Skin responses vary from person to person. Because of this, refunds are not issued solely based on not seeing visible results within a certain time, as individual timelines and perceptions are highly subjective.

If you experience issues such as irritation, allergic reaction, or dissatisfaction with the product’s texture or feel, you may request a return. However, given that our ingredients are displayed on each product page, it is considered reasonable for each customer to have checked it beforehand.
Proof Requirement
Even if your reason for return is accepted, you must provide valid proof to support the claim. This may include:

Returns or refunds will not be processed without adequate proof, even if the claim falls within the acceptable return reasons.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the product. Unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
For situations where the return does not need to be inspected, the refund will be issued as soon as the customer proves that the product was sent back on their end.
Full Refunds
You are entitled to a full refund if:

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, and you return it within 30 days of delivery.

The wrong product was sent or the product arrived defective/damaged (photo evidence required).
Partial Refunds
You may be entitled to a partial refund if:

The product has been opened or used, and therefore cannot be resold. In such cases, up to 50% of the purchase price may be refunded at our discretion.

A promotional bundle or multiple-item order is returned only in part (e.g., one item kept, one returned).
Accidental Purchases:
Once dispatched, no refunds will be issued if the order that you placed was accidental.
Unauthorized Purchases:
If an order was placed without your consent, please contact us immediately. We can assist with returns and refunds once the product is received. Refunds will only be issued after the item is returned.
